You will find a progressive program with a different theme each month (4-week cycle) for 10 months (80 sessions).
The sessions are with and without the ball.
Everything is suitable for amateur soccer, and you have the option to modify or not the proposed exercises according to your group.
The topics are varied and programmed according to the time of year ("aerobic power", "strength", "speed", "explosiveness", ...).
The sessions include the athletic part, warm-up and cool-down but not the technical-tactical part.
